Spring Grove

A thoughtful renovation and addition to a charming bluestone residence, originally built circa 1899.

This project required a careful balance between preserving the home’s original character and creating modern, open-plan living spaces suited to contemporary life.

Particular care was taken to restore the original bluestone walls, ensuring the home retained its historic charm while seamlessly integrating the cement-rendered finish of the new addition.

The original spire was also carefully restored and reinstated atop the residence, returning this distinctive architectural feature to its former glory.
